We aim to deliver the highest quality service to you by employing carers who undergo continuous training and supervision. All carers will work towards or have achieved Diploma level 2. All staff will complete mandatory training including.

- Health & Safety 

- Moving and handling, including aids and adaptions 

- Food Hygiene 

- Protection of vulnerable adults 

- First aid 

- Additional training may include knowledge of Post Delivery Care, Dementia,   Alzheimer's, MS, Parkinsons Disease, Epilepsy, HIV/Aids.

  What They Do  

The carer must work to the care plan provided for each individual service user. A comprehensive risk and needs assessment will ensure safe working practices by all staff. We have regular meetings with staff to ensure good communication and feedback. Supervisors will carry out spot checks and regular reviews at the service user's home to ensure work is being carried out to the standard required. All new recruits undergo our vigorous recruitment selection including written references and formal police checks via criminal records bureau.

All Generations Home Care have dedicated well trained and experienced staff who work flexibly and to a set of principles, policies and procedure.We listen to what you are saying and will evaluate the quality of our service regularly.
